Photos of puppy taken at 8 weeks old. This puppy was scammed and taken right before my eyes on August 29, 2008 by Daniel J. Ball of R and D's Burly Bullies located in Queensbury, N.Y. We had a breeding contract the puppy above for a breeding with his male, and only 6 days after the contract/transaction took place he refused to honor my side of the contract. Which is a breech of contract on his part, Dan told me to take him to court, I DID, and I WON. Now he refuses to honor the judges judgement, and will not pay me for the cost of the puppy and court expenses as deemed by the court.

I know for a fact that he has done this to other breeders also. Please, use CAUTION if you deal with: Dan J. Ball of R and Ds Burly Bullies, I would not want anyone else to become another victim of his.

NOTICE~ If you purchased or think you own the puppy above then you also have been scammed by Dan Ball. I have a signed contract that I hold full ownership and reg. papers on this pup until Dan Ball pays me or gives me my puppy/dog back. The puppy above is now as of March 13th. 2009, 11 months old. If you have seen this puppy or know of his wear abouts please contact me....
